What is G Force Logbook and Scheduling?

It is a pilot logbook and crew schedule app for airline pilots and flight attendants. It reads your roster from your airline, shows your trips, layovers and crew on your phone and computer, and logs every flight in your logbook with block times, night time and landings.

Who is it for?

Airline pilots, who get the schedule and a logbook that fills itself, and flight attendants, who get the schedule, their hours and time away from base. It was built by an airline pilot.

Which airlines can sync?

Roster sync works with one airline so far, and more are being added. Each new airline is taught from an example of its crew schedule, which crews can send with a short form. Crews at any airline can still keep their logbook by adding flights or importing a file.

How does roster sync work?

You connect your airline's crew login once. When you tap Sync, the app reads your roster from your airline's crew website with your own sign-in. In the phone app your password stays on your phone. Syncing only reads your schedule, and your airline's own crew system stays the official record.

Is it an official airline system?

No. It is an independent app for crew members. Your airline's crew system and records remain the official ones.

Which logbook formats does it support?

FAA, Transport Canada and EASA columns. Hours show as hundredths (H.hh), tenths (H.h, rounded the way you choose) or hours and minutes (H:mm), and times in UTC, local time or your base time.

Can I print my logbook?

Yes. It prints classic paper logbook pages, including the Transport Canada spread and the EASA logbook, on letter or A4, with page totals, amounts forwarded and your signature on every page. You can also export a spreadsheet at any time.

Can I bring my existing logbook?

Yes. Import a CSV or tab-separated file, such as another logbook app's export or your own spreadsheet. Imported flights can be undone from Recent changes.

Is my data private?

Your logbook is yours. It is never sold or shared, and other crew see nothing of yours unless you choose to share your schedule or phone number. Sign-in works only on your own devices, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

Is there a phone app?

Yes, for Android, and it works in any web browser. The iPhone app is on the way; until then, add the website to your home screen. Your schedule stays on your phone for when you are offline.

How much does it cost?

Access is by invitation for now, and pricing is coming soon.

Can flight attendants use it?

Yes. Flight attendants get the schedule with trips, layovers and hotels, the crew on each flight, their hours and time away from base for per diem, without a logbook to fill in.
